據(jù)安迅思7月8日消息稱，根據(jù)天然氣供應(yīng)商Matheson Tri-State周四發(fā)表的一份聲明，頂點(diǎn)能源公司已經(jīng)為其在阿拉巴馬州莫比爾開發(fā)的可再生柴油項(xiàng)目簽署了氫氣供應(yīng)協(xié)議。

頂點(diǎn)能源已從殼牌手中收購(gòu)了該煉油廠，并于4月1日已完成收購(gòu)。

頂點(diǎn)能源計(jì)劃在今年底之前將該煉油廠的加氫裂化裝置轉(zhuǎn)換為生產(chǎn)可再生柴油。生產(chǎn)將于2023年第一季度開始，產(chǎn)量將達(dá)到8000桶～10000桶/天。

頂點(diǎn)能源表示，提供可再生柴油工藝技術(shù)的丹麥Haldor Topsoe公司將“引領(lǐng)技術(shù)實(shí)施”。頂點(diǎn)能源沒有詳細(xì)說(shuō)明Haldor Topsoe在轉(zhuǎn)換中的角色。

頂點(diǎn)能源表示已與承包商Worley進(jìn)行初步設(shè)計(jì)、工程和采購(gòu)活動(dòng)。

US Vertex signs hydrogen supply deal for renewable diesel project

Vertex Energy has signed a hydrogen-supply agreement for the renewable-diesel project it is developing in Mobile, Alabama, according to a statement on Thursday by Matheson Tri-State, the company providing the gas.

Vertex had acquired the refinery from Shell and said on 1 April that it had completed the purchase.

Vertex plans to convert the refinery’s hydrocracker to produce renewable diesel by the end of 2022. Production should start in the first quarter of 2023, and output should be 8,000-10,000 bbl/day.

Haldor Topsoe, which provides renewable-diesel process technology, will “l(fā)ead the technology implementation” of the conversion, Vertex said. Vertex did not elaborate on Haldor Topsoe’s role in the conversion.

Vertex said it has proceeded with initial design, engineering and procurement activities with the contractor Worley.

The conversion should cost $90m-100m, the company said.

Meanwhile, margins for petroleum-based fuel production at the refinery should remain at elevated levels, Vertex said on 1 April.
