據(jù)道瓊斯6月23日消息，南蘇丹周三啟動了首輪石油許可證招標活動，此輪招標活動提供了五個石油區(qū)塊，將于8月23日結(jié)束。

　　南蘇丹石油部表示，該部已確定了具有潛在油氣資源的新勘探區(qū)塊，并已匯編了關(guān)鍵數(shù)據(jù)，這些數(shù)據(jù)將向感興趣的投資者、運營商和交易對手方提供。

　　據(jù)該部門委托進行的分析顯示，南蘇丹近90%的石油和天然氣儲量仍未開發(fā)。這輪石油許可證招標活動旨在吸引外國投資者對該地區(qū)油氣勘探的興趣，當前已經(jīng)有馬來西亞的石油和天然氣巨頭在南蘇丹進行油氣勘探。

　　該部門表示，在恢復(fù)和平與穩(wěn)定方面取得重大進展后，該國希望歡迎有經(jīng)驗的合作伙伴和運營商回來。據(jù)估計，南蘇丹的石油儲量約為35億桶。

　　South Sudan Launches First Oil Licensing Round

　　South Sudan launched on Wednesday its first oil licensing round, offering five blocks in a round closing on Aug. 23.

　　The Ministry of Petroleum said it has identified new exploration blocks with potential hydrocarbons and has compiled crucial data to provide to interested investors, operators and counterparties.

　　Nearly 90% of South Sudan's oil and gas reserves remain unexplored, according to analysis commissioned by the ministry. The oil licensing round aims to attract interest from foreign investors to a region that is already home to oil-and-gas majors from Malaysia.

　　The country is hoping to welcome back experienced partners and operators following significant progress in returning to peace and stability, the ministry said. South Sudan's oil reserves are estimated at around 3.5 billion barrels.
