據(jù)俄羅斯油氣網(wǎng)7月28日巴庫(kù)報(bào)道，阿塞拜疆國(guó)家石油基金(SOFAZ)報(bào)告稱，該基金今年迄今為止的收入為39億美元，而今年上半年的預(yù)算支出為27億美元。
SOFAZ來(lái)自執(zhí)行油氣協(xié)議的收入達(dá)到28億美元，其中包括今年1月至6月期間出售油氣利潤(rùn)24億美元。
在本報(bào)告所述期間，SOFAZ的資產(chǎn)管理收入達(dá)11億美元。
2021年SOFAZ預(yù)算執(zhí)行期間，調(diào)入國(guó)家預(yù)算約27億美元。
SOFAZ與匯率波動(dòng)有關(guān)的預(yù)算外收入為70.5882萬(wàn)美元。
此外，在今年前6個(gè)月，向《2019-2023年提高阿塞拜疆高等教育競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力國(guó)家計(jì)劃》撥款82,3529萬(wàn)美元。
成立于1999年的SOFAZ是一個(gè)主權(quán)財(cái)富基金，為后代積累和保存阿塞拜疆的石油和天然氣收入。
SOFAZ從出售石油合同積累收入，并于2003年開始向阿塞拜疆的國(guó)家預(yù)算進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)移。
目前，SOFAZ對(duì)阿塞拜疆GDP的貢獻(xiàn)超過80%。

Azerbaijani State Oil Fund's revenues hit $3.9 billion in 2021
Revenues of Azerbaijani State Oil Fund (SOFAZ) amounted to $3.9 billion, while the budget expenditures constituted $2.7 billion in the 1st half of 2021, the fund has reported.
SOFAZ revenues from the implementation of oil & gas agreements amounted to $2.8 billion, including $2.4 billion from the sale of profit oil & gas during the period of January-June 2021.
Revenues from asset management of the Fund for the reporting period amounted to $1.1 billion.
Within the execution of the Fund budget for 2021, some $2.7 billion were transferred to the state budget.
The Fund’s extra-budgetary revenues related to the foreign exchange rate fluctuations amounted to $705,882.
In addition, $823,529 were allocated to the ?State Program on Raising Competitiveness of Higher Education in Azerbaijan in 2019-2023? in the 1st 6 months of the year.
Established in 1999, SOFAZ is a sovereign wealth fund, which accumulates and preserves Azerbaijan’s oil & gas revenues for future generations.
The Fund accumulates income from the sale of oil contracts, and in 2003 it started to make transfers to the state budget of Azerbaijan.
As for now, SOFAZ's contribution to the country’s GDP is over 80%.
