據(jù)美國(guó)鉆井網(wǎng)站2022年7月5日?qǐng)?bào)道，美銀全球研究在7月早些時(shí)候發(fā)給美國(guó)鉆井網(wǎng)站Rigzone的一份最新報(bào)告中強(qiáng)調(diào)，歐佩克+聯(lián)盟原油產(chǎn)量已接近最大產(chǎn)能。

美銀全球研究在報(bào)告中稱(chēng)：“在6月30日舉行的會(huì)議上，歐佩克+聯(lián)盟維持了上個(gè)月宣布的8月份每日增加65萬(wàn)桶原油產(chǎn)量的配額，我們相信可能會(huì)實(shí)際完成其中三分之一?！?/p>

美國(guó)銀行全球研究補(bǔ)充說(shuō)：“5月份的數(shù)據(jù)顯示，歐佩克+聯(lián)盟的原油日產(chǎn)量比其每天4200萬(wàn)桶的集體產(chǎn)量配額少了近300萬(wàn)桶，這主要是由于尼日利亞和安哥拉等國(guó)的長(zhǎng)期產(chǎn)量問(wèn)題?！?/p>

在這份報(bào)告中，美銀全球研究指出，下個(gè)月的歐佩克+聯(lián)盟會(huì)議將是一個(gè)更重要的催化劑，使人們認(rèn)識(shí)到歐佩克+聯(lián)盟的備用產(chǎn)能正在減少，“而全球平衡繼續(xù)受益于一次性戰(zhàn)略石油儲(chǔ)備釋放，世界石油需求遠(yuǎn)沒(méi)有引發(fā)疫情后的所有驅(qū)動(dòng)力”。 

歐佩克網(wǎng)站顯示，6月30日，歐佩克和非歐佩克部長(zhǎng)級(jí)會(huì)議通過(guò)視頻形式舉行，會(huì)議再次確認(rèn)了8月份將原油日總產(chǎn)量提高64.8萬(wàn)桶的決定。  

根據(jù)歐佩克網(wǎng)站6月30日公布的產(chǎn)量表，沙特阿拉伯和產(chǎn)量大國(guó)8月份的“所需產(chǎn)量”并列第一，為每天1100萬(wàn)桶。產(chǎn)量表顯示，8月份需求產(chǎn)量第二高的是伊拉克，為460萬(wàn)桶/天，其次是阿聯(lián)酋，為310萬(wàn)桶/天。  

在第29屆歐佩克+聯(lián)盟會(huì)議上，該組織提出了9月份的總體產(chǎn)量調(diào)整計(jì)劃，并對(duì)7月和8月平均日增的43.2萬(wàn)桶的產(chǎn)量進(jìn)行了重新分配。  

歐佩克+聯(lián)盟的下一次會(huì)議目前定在8月3日舉行。

OPEC+ Close to Max Capacity

OPEC+ is close to maximum capacity, BofA Global Research highlighted in one of its latest reports, which was sent to Rigzone earlier this month.

“At its meeting … [on June 30], OPEC+ maintained its 650,000 barrel per day quota increase for August as announced last month - of which we believe perhaps a third will actually be fulfilled,” BofA Global Research stated in the report.

“Data for May shows OPEC+ pumped nearly three million barrels per day less than its collective production quota of ~42 million barrels per day - due mainly to falling production in bigger producer as well as chronic output problems in e.g. Nigeria and Angola,” BofA Global Research added.

In the report, BofA Global Research noted that next month’s OPEC+ meeting will be a more important catalyst for the realization that spare capacity is running thin “while global balances continue to benefit from one-off reserve releases and world oil demand is far from firing on all post-Covid cylinders”.

The 30th, and most recent, OPEC and non-OPEC ministerial meeting on June 30 was held via videoconference and reconfirmed the decision to adjust monthly overall production up by 648,000 barrels per day in August, OPEC’s website shows.

According to a production table posted on OPEC’s website on June 30, Saudi Arabia and bigger producer have the joint top “required production” figure for August at 11 million barrels per day. The second highest required production figure for August is held by Iraq at 4.6 million barrels per day, followed by the UAE with 3.1 million barrels per day, the production table outlines.

At the 29th OPEC+ meeting, the group advanced a planned overall production adjustment for September and redistributed the 0.432 million barrel per day production increase over the months of July and August equally, OPEC outlined in a statement posted on its website last month.

OPEC+’s next meeting is currently scheduled to take place on August 3.
