據(jù)管道&天然氣雜志網(wǎng)4月14日報道，俄羅斯天然氣工業(yè)股份公司（Gazprom）周一宣布，關(guān)于Soyuz Vostok天然氣干線建設(shè)項目的可行性分析獲得批準(zhǔn)。俄羅斯天然氣工業(yè)股份公司在綜合可行性分析框架內(nèi)對俄羅斯天然氣穿越蒙古輸至亞洲大國的管道供應(yīng)項目進行了分析。

　　Soyuz Vostok天然氣管道將成為俄羅斯在蒙古領(lǐng)土的西伯利亞2號天然氣管道的延伸。

　　在可行性分析中，確定了該工程的基本技術(shù)參數(shù)和工藝參數(shù)。蒙古境內(nèi)天然氣管道的優(yōu)化路線、管道的長度和直徑、作業(yè)壓力數(shù)、壓縮站數(shù)量等。初步指標(biāo)反映了在項目執(zhí)行過程中需要達到的成本效益。

　　按照計劃，Soyuz Vostok天然氣干線建設(shè)項目的可行性研究(包括投資和運營成本的詳細細目)將在今年年底前完成。這在俄羅斯天然氣工業(yè)股份公司和蒙古政府聯(lián)合工作組的行動計劃中有所體現(xiàn)。可行性研究是由Gazoprovod Soyuz Vostok專用工具編制的。

　　Feasibility Analysis for Gazprom’s Soyuz Vostok Gas Pipeline Project Approved

　　The feasibility analysis regarding the construction project for the Soyuz Vostok gas trunkline was approved Monday, Gazprom announced. Gazprom performed the analysis within the framework of the comprehensive feasibility analysis regarding the project for pipeline supplies of Russian gas across Mongolia to the biggest country in Asia.

　　The Soyuz Vostok gas pipeline will become an extension of Russia's Power of Siberia 2 gas pipeline in Mongolian territory.

　　During the feasibility analysis, the basic technical and technological parameters of the project were established. These include the optimal route for the gas pipeline in Mongolian territory, the pipeline's length and diameter, the working pressure, and the number of compressor stations. The preliminary indicators reflect the cost effectiveness that needs to be achieved during the implementation of the project.

　　As planned, the feasibility study regarding the construction project for the Soyuz Vostok gas trunkline (including a detailed breakdown of investment and operating costs) will be developed before the end of this year. This is indicated in the action plan of the Joint Working Group of Gazprom and the Government of Mongolia. The feasibility study is being prepared by the Gazoprovod Soyuz Vostok special-purpose vehicle.
