據(jù)俄羅斯油氣網(wǎng)4月30日圣彼得堡報(bào)道，俄羅斯第4大石油公司俄羅斯天然氣工業(yè)石油公司(俄氣石油)已開(kāi)始實(shí)施一個(gè)投資項(xiàng)目，在鄂木斯克Avangard經(jīng)濟(jì)特區(qū)(SEZ)開(kāi)發(fā)一個(gè)尖端石墨電極工廠(chǎng)。

　　這個(gè)高科技石墨電極廠(chǎng)的目標(biāo)產(chǎn)能為每年3萬(wàn)噸，這將滿(mǎn)足俄羅斯國(guó)內(nèi)鋼鐵制造企業(yè)對(duì)重型石墨電極日益增長(zhǎng)的需求，能顯著降低國(guó)內(nèi)冶金行業(yè)對(duì)進(jìn)口的依賴(lài)。

　　俄氣石油說(shuō)，新建石墨電極廠(chǎng)將并入俄氣石油端到端的生產(chǎn)鏈。

　　生產(chǎn)石墨電極所需的原料——石油針狀焦——將來(lái)自鄂木斯克煉油廠(chǎng)的延遲焦化裝置。

　　Gazprom Neft to produce high-tech graphite electrodes for Russia’s metallurgy industry

　　Gazprom Neft has begun implementing an investment project to develop a cutting-edge graphite-electrode plant in the Avangard Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Omsk.

　　Target capacity at the plant is 30,000 tonnes per year, which will cover domestic steel manufacturers’ increasing demand for heavy-duty graphite electrodes, significantly reducing the domestic metallurgy industry’s dependence on imports.

　　The new plant will be integrated into Gazprom Neft’s end-to-end production chain.

　　The raw material (feedstock) for producing graphite electrodes - petroleum needle coke - will be sourced from the Omsk Refinery’s delayed coking unit.
